Israel Calls out Australia's Anti-Semitic Attacks

‘Vile’: Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu hits out after Melbourne synagogue fire

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and other high-ranking Israeli officials have responded with fury to the attacks on a Melbourne synagogue and Jewish restaurant on Friday night.

In a Hebrew-language statement posted on Saturday, Mr Netanyahu called the attack on the East Melbourne Hebrew Congregation and Miznon restaurant “vile” and called on the Australian government to take “all necessary measures” to bring the offenders to justice.

“Vile antisemitic attacks, accompanied by chants of ‘Death to the IDF’ and an attempt to harm a house of worship, are serious hate crimes that must be uprooted at their source,” he said.

“Israel will continue to stand with the Jewish community in Australia, and we call on the Australian government to take all necessary measures to bring the rioters to justice and to prevent such attacks in the future.”

  1. The continuing trend of denial by the authorities and calling it for what it is.....TERRORISM !!!!
Antisemetism that includes arson and intent to kill or injure is terrorism.
It seems that denial is the trend not only in Australia but the UK, Canada and the USA. Fear of upsetting the Islamofascists? Maybe an Islamocommunist mayor will drive home the message.
Heaven help us if the this happened to a mosque in western Sydney!!!
For those that can Aliyah is the only solution. For those that can't, hold tight with bitachon and emunah for this will only escalate.

    1. Hi Joe, I think it's called double-speak. On the one hand they say it's a night of shame, but they just won't use that terrorism word.
They know it won't happen to a mosque in western Sydney because the Jews are the peaceful ones here.
It's the fight between good and evil, and Australia can't get it's story straight.

  2. They've arrested the guy who tried to burn down the shul.

"'Detectives will continue to examine the intent and ideology of the person charged to determine if the incident is in fact terrorism,' a Victoria Police spokesman said."

    1. WThe arrested perpetrator is Angelo Loras. Of course the first impression will be that he is not an arab or moslem. Therefore, they will downplay a religious motive.
However, he could be a convert to Islam or a left wing radical.
Whichever way, it is an act of terrorism.

Spoiler...watch out when Esav marries the daughters of Yismael. You end up with Edomite progeny and Amalek.
This is the climax of a 4,000 year spiritual battle.
      And we know the winner.!!!
